Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you may return or exchange full priced items within 14 days of your order delivery date for any reason. All sale/discounted items are final. EU citizens have a 14-day cooling off period for full priced and sale items, starting on the date of delivery. In any circumstance, as the first step, please contact us at info@fifthandset.com. For additional information about our terms, please visit our FAQ section.
Unfortunately, we do not offer traditional exchanges at this time. You will have to return your item for a refund. In the meantime, or once the refund has been processed, you can order your preferred item.
Please read the conditions for your return below carefully.
Terms and conditions for RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- Please contact us at info@fifthandset.com to get the process started. If you do not contact us first, we can't start the return process and you will not be able to get a refund.
- IMPORTANT: Items being returned from outside the EU, must be labeled as a "Returned Goods" on customs documents. Please read below for more information regarding international returns.
- All items must be clean, unworn or unused and in resellable condition with all relevant tags, labels, and packaging otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
- All shipping charges for items sent for return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please include a note describing the reason for your exchange or refund along with the original packing slip or a print out of the order confirmation.
- The refund can only be made to the payment method used when paying for the order.
- Once your return has been quality checked and processed by our warehouse team, you will receive an email notification within 3-5 business days.
- Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed following receipt of returned goods. You will receive the full amount of the item, excluding the cost of shipping.
- All returns must be packaged securely and shipped through a traceable manner. The customer is responsible for lost and/or damaged returns. Please keep your receipt and tracking number for your records.
- Please do not ship returns to a pick-up location as we have no means of processing returns if this happens. Returns shipped to a pick-up location will be returned to the sender and we won't be able to refund you.

International Returns & Customs Documentation
If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please be aware that you are responsible for completing and including all necessary customs documentation. Failure to do so may result in delays, additional charges, or the return being rejected.

Please note that we do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees associated with returns, and we are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or refused due to incorrect or missing documentation.
