Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, all returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Which payment method can I use?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Where is my order confirmation?

It may take several hours, after you have placed your order, for your order confirmation to arrive. Please be patient and remember to check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping process?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.

I filled in the wrong address, what do I do?

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

When will my order arrive?

- Standard Domestic shipments (Denmark) will arrive within 1-3 business days after shipment.

- International shipments shipped with Standard Shipping will arrive within 5-14 business days after shipment.

*Delays may occur especially during peak seasons.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to most countries with the exception of a few. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

UK shipping

We are currently only able to ship to the UK when the order value exceeds GBP 135.

Shipping takes 2-5 days with Fedex. Customs delays may occur, please contact your local customs office if this is the case.

Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Taxes & Duties.

Yes, you are responsible for all taxes, duties, and/or custom clearing fees in your country. Unfortunately, we do not know what these additional cost might be and we suggest that you check with your local customs office. If you do not pay your taxes and duties, the item will be returned to us and we will charge a restocking fee of 15% plus the cost of shipping.

*It is important to note that we do not have a say over the customs clearing process and processing times.

My order shows that it was delivered, but I didn't receive anything.

If your delivery was confirmed by the carrier via tracking number, we recommend that you first check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they might have received your package. You can also contact the carrier for assistance.

If your order is still not found after 7 days, contact info@fifthandset.com with your current mailing address, name, and order information so that we can investigate further with the carrier.

While we are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages once the item(s) have left our office, your happiness is of the highest importance to us, and we will do our best to find a solution.

My package was damaged in transit.

If your package was damaged in transit, we recommend that you take photos and contact the carrier immediately upon receival.

If there is no solution with the carrier after 7 days, please contact info@fifthandset.com with your current mailing address, name, and order information so that we can investigate further with the carrier.

While we are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages once the item(s) have left our office, your happiness is of the highest importance to us, and we will do our best to find a solution.
